Training

The main task of the Training Centre is activity within courses and personnel improvement for needs of conformity assessment, accreditation, testing and certification. The offer of the Centre includes many courses for different organizations such as: industrial and service enterprises, state administration bodies, organizations acting within health protection, universities, medical diagnostic laboratories, testing and measurement laboratories, inspection bodies and. The main purpose of training conducted by the Training Centre is to provide organizations for the necessary knowledge concerning, among others:

  • Quality management system according to requirements of ISO 9000 standards
  • Quality management system according to ISO 13485 etc.
  • Environmental management system according to requirements of ISO 14000 standards, EMAS;
  • Occupational health and safety management system according to requirements of PN-N-18001, OHSAS
  • Information safety management system according to ISO 27001
  • Quality management system in testing laboratories, medical diagnostics laboratories, preparing laboratory for accreditation
  • Quality management system in inspection bodies
  • WSK (internal control system)
  • Food safety management system, including HACCP, BRC
  • Corruption threats counteraction systems
  • ZKP (factory production control system)
  • EFQM Excellence Model
  • Regulations of the European Union (New Approach and Global Approach Directives) and harmonization of the Polish legislation with the EU legislation.

Certification of Personnel

The main aim of the Personnel Certification Centre is to certify persons in the scope of management systems for needs of accreditation, testing and certification. In 1997 the Centre for Personnel Competence Development was recognized by EOQ as a body meeting requirements of international standard ISO 45013 for personnel and also as a body which meets EOQ requirements in this scope. Management system in Personnel Certification Centre meets requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17024 Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons. In November 2006 EOQ issued next extension of validity of the recognition certificate for next three years. The EOQ certificate authorizes the Centre for Personnel Competence Development to train the European quality managers and auditors, environmental management system auditors and occupational health and safety management system auditors on the basis of the EOQ Training Programme. The PCBC is also entitled to issue competence certificates of the European Quality Manager and Auditor within:

  • Quality management system
  • Environmental management system
  • Occupational health and safety management system.

The Personnel Certification Centre conducts personnel/persons certification in the following areas: quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, quality management in laboratory, quality management in medical diagnostic laboratory, information safety management, quality management in health protection organizations, quality management in state administration organizations, certification of management system consultants and chief consultants.
