We are proud to inform that the FSSC 22000 Scheme has been endorsed by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). This makes FSSC the first Certification Program Owner recognized by GFSI.
The current status of the International Accreditation Forum Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (IAF MLA) endorsement for FSSC 22000 is published and maintained on the IAF website in the IAF MLA Status document (IAF MLA Status 31/03/2021).
Polish Centre for Testing and Certification is the licensed Certification Body for safety management system certification consistent with FSSC requirements (in accordance to currently valid FSSC Scheme version) within full C category (PCBC is licensed by FSSC and accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation for the relevant scope).
The IAF MLA is the Multilateral Recognition Arrangement based on the equivalence of accreditation programs operated by IAF’s Accreditation Bodies. The IAF MLA trademark is owned by the International Accreditation Forum Inc.
The IAF MLA goal is to ensure multilateral recognition of accredited certification between the MLA Signatories, this allows the acceptance of accredited certification in a number of markets based on one accreditation. Worldwide recognition of certificates awarded by the IAF MLA Signatories and their Accredited Bodies removes technical barriers to trade, lowers costs and is added value to business and customers.
