System description
The ISO 9001 standard is an international standard devoted to the quality management system worked out by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) with the seat in Bern (Switzerland) operating since 1945.
The quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard is a tool which enables each enterprise to raise the quality level of products or services provided by means of continuous improvement of methods and manners of operation. This standard refers to processes of creation and supervision of products and services provided to the Client by the organization.
Requirements of the standards aim at definition by the organisation of rules of continuous supervision over activities serving to evidence the ability to provide continuously product or service fulfilling the requirements of the client and of applicable law regulations and other provisions.
The application of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard constitutes a solid basis for implementing of the philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM)
