The ecological mark EKO „CERTIFIED NATURAL COSMETIC” is a sign reserved in favour the PCBC which may be obtained by natural cosmetics through voluntary certification which do not cause (with reference to the level accepted earlier) negative effects on environment and which meet defined criteria referring to health care, environmental protection and effective use of natural resources in course of the whole product life cycle

„CERTIFIED NATURAL COSMETIC” means every substance of mixture containing components originating from organic or related production, designed for contact with external parts of human body or teeth and mucous membranes of the oral cavity, with a view exclusively or mainly to cleaning them, perfuming

The ethem, changing their appearance, protecting them, keeping them in good condition or correcting body odours.

Introducing environmentally friendly production can make it possible for the manufacturer to get ready for implementation of further health and environmental requirements.

Cosmetics for body care.

1. Application for conducting of certification to be submitted in 2 copies (FBS-01);
2. Information on differences between types if application refers to more than one type;
3. Report(s) from product testing performed by laboratories accredited and/or recognized by PCBC;
4. Declaration of applicant/manufacturer/suppliers;
5. Draft label;
6. Sample of product packing on which marking is to be placed (if appropriate);
7. Composition specifying standards for raw materials, semi-finished products;
8. Short description of the technological process.
