Information technology. Management of services

The ISO/IEC 20000 series standards were developed for the information industry. They define requirements for providers of IT services in order to provide manager services in quality acceptable for clients and rules of conduct for processes of management of these services. Processes of management of services enable to give client the best possible service in order to fulfil the client’s business needs within the framework of the level of resources agreed upon.

The ISO/IEC 20000 series standards enable the providers of the ET services to understand how to improve the quality of services provided for clients.
